At Kendal Parish Church we are dementia friendly and seek to ensure that all people living with dementia are warmly welcomed and are considered in all that we do.
We have a Tea Service every month, followed by refreshments and fellowship and the occasional sing song.
We have a designated area in church called The Anna Chaplaincy Hub, here you will find information relating to activities for senior citizens in our locality along with useful information about where you can get help for people living with dementia and their carers. It is a comfortable area where you can sit, pray or just be still for a while.
